Should you need to return a product, our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Simply ensure the hair extensions remain unwound and in pristine condition, and our team will be happy to assist you in processing your return with a smile.

Please fill out and submit the RMA form below, and you'll receive return instructions via email. If you don't receive an email within 2 business days, please check your spam folder. In order to be considered for a return, Salon Xtensions must receive your item in hand to commence the inspection process before any decision is rendered.
