RMA & RETURNS POLICY

At Salon Xtensions, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we deliver. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns that meet our return policy guidelines. To initiate a return, please complete our RMA Request Form below to start the return process. Once received, our team will contact you with the next steps to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

All returned products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags and security seals intact. Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) will be issued, which must be clearly marked on your return shipment. Items received without an approved RMA# cannot be processed.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns. This fee helps maintain the strict quality control and hygienic handling standards that define our brand.

Because our products are carefully quality-checked and hygienically sealed, returns that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We’re proud to note that returns account for only 0.03% of the over 100,000 packs of hair shipped from our warehouses worldwide each month—a testament to the exceptional consistency and quality our stylists rely on.
