  • Product performance

  • Color variations

  • Texture variations

  • Hair extension installations

  • Third-party stylist services

  • Payment disputes

  • Chargebacks

  • Credit card disputes

  • Commercial claims

  • Tort claims

  • Statutory claims

  • Negligence claims

SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, AND BINDING ARBITRATION.

Arbitration shall occur exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA.

The arbitration shall be governed by:

The parties expressly waive any right to:

3. EXCLUSIVE FLORIDA JURISDICTION

All matters relating to arbitration enforcement, injunctive relief, collection actions, enforcement of awards, or any legally permitted court proceeding shall be brought exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

No customer, stylist, individual, company, or entity may initiate legal proceedings in any other city, county, state, or country.

ANY CLAIM FILED OUTSIDE OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA SHALL BE CONSIDERED IMPROPER VENUE, INVALID, AND SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER FLORIDA LAW.

All parties irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue exclusively within Miami-Dade County, Florida.

4. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN:

  • CLASS ACTIONS

  • MASS ACTIONS

  • REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS

  • PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS

  • CONSOLIDATED CLAIMS

All disputes must be brought solely on an individual basis.

5. NO LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Salon Xtensions does not perform salon services, installations, removals, coloring services, chemical services, or maintenance services.

Salon Xtensions shall not be liable for:

  • Improper installations

  • Improper removals

  • Improper coloring

  • Over-processing

  • Excessive heat damage

  • Product misuse

  • Improper maintenance

  • Improper home care

  • Allergic reactions

  • Scalp conditions

  • Hair breakage

  • Matting

  • Tangling caused by misuse

  • Failure to follow professional instructions

  • Third-party stylist negligence

  • Salon negligence

  • Chemical incompatibility

  • Product mixing with unauthorized brands

  • Hard water damage

  • Environmental exposure

  • Failure to attend maintenance appointments

All products must be professionally evaluated and installed by a licensed professional.

6. FORCE MAJEURE & GLOBAL LOGISTICS DISCLAIMER

Salon Xtensions shall not be held liable for delays, disruptions, losses, damages, or performance interruptions caused directly or indirectly by:

  • Government regulations

8. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All disputes must first be addressed directly with Salon Xtensions

  • Fraudulent chargebacks are strictly prohibited

  • Chargebacks initiated in bad faith may result in collections activity and legal enforcement

  • Salon Xtensions reserves the right to submit all supporting evidence, including communications, tracking records, policies, signed agreements, timestamps, fulfillment records, photographs, and internal documentation to merchant processors, financial institutions, arbitrators, and legal authorities

Customers who initiate fraudulent disputes may be permanently banned from future purchases.
