Welcome to Salon Xtensions. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, enrolling in our educational programs, or engaging with any other Salon Xtensions services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). 2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Salon Xtensions.

  • Professional stylist discounts, accounts, or portals are restricted to licensed cosmetologists or salon owners who meet our verification requirements.

  • By using our Services, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

3. Accounts

  • To access professional pricing or training programs, you may be required to create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our products.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

  • Salon Xtensions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Orders placed through professional accounts may be subject to additional verification.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship domestically and internationally from our U.S. warehouses.

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

  • 30-Day Limited Warranty: Salon Xtensions warrants against manufacturer defects prior to installation for 30 days from date of order. Defects include unraveling, excessive shedding, or tangling before installation.

  • Return & Exchange Policy: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credits after the 30-day warranty period. Products installed, altered, or used are not eligible.

  • Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

7. Product Use and Professional Responsibility

  • Our products are designed for use by licensed professionals. Misuse, improper installation, or alteration voids all warranties.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by improper application, removal, or aftercare.

  • We recommend following our care guidelines, water pH recommendations, and maintenance schedules to ensure product longevity.

8. Education and Certification Programs

  • Enrollment in Salon Xtensions training programs requires payment in advance.

  • Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of program requirements.

  • Course materials, videos, and manuals are Salon Xtensions intellectual property and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, product names, educational materials, and images are the exclusive property of Salon Xtensions.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salon Xtensions, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse of our Products or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
