These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, www.salonxtensions.com (the “Site”), and any related services, products, or digital platforms operated by Salon Xtensions. By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Company Information

Salon Xtensions LLC is a U.S.–based luxury hair extension manufacturer, distributor, and professional education provider. Our headquarters and distribution centers are located in climate-controlled facilities across the United States. All products are manufactured under ISO 9001-certified standards, ensuring quality, safety, and traceability.

2. Eligibility

By using our Site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

  • If purchasing as a licensed stylist or salon, you hold valid professional credentials as required by your state or country.

Salon Xtensions reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access to professional pricing, accounts, or membership privileges at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain sections of our Site, such as the Professional Pro Shop, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Salon Xtensions is not responsible for any unauthorized account activity resulting from compromised credentials.

4. Product Information & Pricing

Salon Xtensions strives to ensure all product information, descriptions, and images are accurate and current. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies without prior notice.

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time.

  • Limit quantities or refuse orders at our sole discretion.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

  • You authorize Salon Xtensions to charge the provided payment method for the total order amount, including shipping and taxes where applicable.

Salon Xtensions accepts major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods. Orders are not processed until payment has cleared.

Salon Xtensions reserves the right to cancel or reject any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom or special orders may require additional processing time as indicated in the product description.

  • Salon Xtensions is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

All shipments are FOB origin. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
Salon Xtensions only accepts returns or exchanges under the following limited conditions:

  • The item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • The return request is made within 30 calendar days of the order date.

  • The product is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Approved returns may be subject to inspection and a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

8. Custom and Private Label Orders

Custom, wholesale, and private-label orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable once production has begun.
Salon Xtensions provides detailed digital proofs and samples prior to manufacturing to ensure client satisfaction. Any design or production changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, product names, images, videos, logos, and software—is the intellectual property of Salon Xtensions LLC and is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent from Salon Xtensions.

10. Professional Use Disclaimer

All professional products, including adhesives, removers, and installation tools, are intended for licensed stylists only.
Improper installation or removal of hair extensions by untrained individuals can result in damage or injury. Salon Xtensions assumes no liability for misuse of professional products or failure to follow manufacturer instructions and care guides.

11. Product Warranty

Salon Xtensions guarantees that all products meet our quality control standards prior to shipment. However, due to the natural variations of human hair, texture, and color, slight differences may occur.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper installation or removal.

  • Chemical alterations, heat damage, or color processing.

  • Improper care or use of non-approved products.

  • Normal wear and tear.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salon Xtensions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or Site.
Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salon Xtensions, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products or Site.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs.

Salon Xtensions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our Site at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity.

  • Misrepresentation or misuse of professional credentials.
